Gorgeously Green Blog Hop

Welcome to the Gorgeously Green Blog Hop!
All the projects have at least 2 shades of green.

If you leave a comment on everyone’s post, you could win this blog candy

consisting of paper from DCWV and Basic Grey, Rub-ons, ribbons
borders, printable alphas, adhesive, and more!

You don’t have to become a follower of Afternoon Scrapper,
but it sure would be nice if you did.
if you came from Pam's blog you are in the right place

For my project I did two 12x12 layouts:
It's been a while since I've done some 12x12 layouts.
for the first on I fell in love with this BoBunny paper. It's from their newest line
prairie chic garden  I used some bling from different companies  and the
flowers I believe are all from prima and the letters they are Thickers
If you haven't tried this technique to make a frame it's pretty simple
you just make an X in the middle of your paper. determine how big you want
the opening  and cut the X open and roll each point back
and glue down with a strong adhesive.
This technique isn't very good for a regular page for your album.
You can put in your album but it can get a little bulky.
My 2nd Layout if of my my youngest when she was 2.5
she use to like to paint and scrapbook with me but now as a
teenage not so much, I'm hoping when she is older she will join me again :)
This paper is also from the BoBunny paper Prairie Chip but it's the chevron
the letters I cut with my Criuct using the Letter Envy cartridge
the quote I used is
"I dream of painting and then I paint my dream." ~Vincent Van Gogh
