 My Project

My Daughter, my mom and I just came back from a month long trip to Australia. 

We were celebrating my daughters 16th birthday and also

 visiting my Brother and his family.

so I'm in the process of making a mini album and I wanted to share the cover with you.

The cover is from a kit that I bought from Teresa Collins. I don't know about you but it seems I'm always buying kits and never getting to them! (I hope I'm not the only one! LOL)

I pretty much followed her directions but I added the crinkled seam binding at the top of 

the flags. I just used some score tape and wrinkled the binding as I adhered it.

I also inked the edges with donna salazar's inxs. Not sure I really like them. They don't dry very fast as the eye cat chalks do. I might be using the inxs wrong.

I also used some pop foam in the middle of the "travel memories Journal" tag to pop the middle.
