What an Explosive Blog Hop

Hello Everyone, you made it to the end of the blog hop!
if you have to be to come by my blog and want to
start at the beginning you
need to stop by Ashley's blog. She brought together
 some wonder creative women.
I have not made an explosion box in a long time.
so I decide to make one for my nephew and his wife which
are expecting their first child. It great with
Facebook to keep up with all the
new an exciting things they are going through
and of course they are posting pictures of the baby bump.
So, I thought that would be a great project to document.

The base of the box is from creative imaginations collection gift box book.
let me tell you I have had this in my stash for a LONG time, lol
I keep saying we need to start something with using our OLD stuff.

I'm hooked on the christmas trees, my last post shows how to
remove the green color so that you can dye
 them the color you need.
The baby, block and rattle came from a local
cake and candy decorating store

I started decorating the pages with the pictures that she had post.
I love that she used a chalk board to write the weeks and
shows her growing baby bump.

I used the Bella Blvd. paper collection called We are Expecting

I also used a few elements from Ducks in a Row
from October Afternoon

Thank you for making it to the end of the Hop
Don't forget that Ashley has a RAK so
make sure you leave a comment on all the blogs.

If you enjoyed your visit please follow me here and on pinterest

I would love to hear what was the oldest item
that you have used on a project recently.
Thanks again for stopping by
~Liz

That is such a wonderful idea! I absolutely love your box. TFS.

The oldest item I used recently was some ribbon from my mother's stash (nearly 20 years old).
